Editorial Reviews
Stacey led the way in the revival of the Great American Songbook and over a decade into her singing career she sells out at every venue in which she plays, whether these concerts be in her hometown of New York, Paris, Stockholm, Capetown or London (where she currently resides.) This collection features songs from the ‘Golden Era’ by Rodgers and Hart and Hammerstein, Cole Porter and Henry Nemo through Burt Bacharach to more contemporary classics by the likes of Carole King and Cy Coleman. This is truly Kent at her very best. All featuring her long time companion both maritally and musically – tenor saxophonist Jim Tomlinson. The re-mastered 24 bit recordings are in a special collector’s Digipak.
